Economic Load Response Program
The Economic Load Response Program is designed to provide a financial incentive to participants who can reduce consumption when the Locational Marginal Prices (LMP's) are high.
This option will provide a mechanism by which a participant has the opportunity to voluntarily reduce the load they draw from the Power Grid, during times of high prices, and receive payments based on real time LMP's.
