Demand Response Programs allow electric customers to develop or adjust consumption patterns according to price volatility of the wholesale electric market, particularly during the Peak Demand Periods of the Power Grid.
MAPP is a Curtailment Service Provider (CSP) authorized by *PJM Interconnection to provide and manage Demand Response Programs.
